1. Introduction

Welcome to mintx1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mintx1 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mintx1 website, mobile application and all services offered therein, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo and Slots.

By registering an account on mintx1, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use mintx1.

mintx1 is an online entertainment platform providing Sports Betting, Casino, Bingo and Slots services to players in Pakistan. All transactions on mintx1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or channel used to access mintx1.

2. Eligibility

To register and use mintx1, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mintx1 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use any part of the service.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming and betting services is not prohibited by local law at the time of play.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy or representative of a third party when registering or using your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mintx1 or any of its affiliated partners and suppliers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. mintx1 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility and may suspend or close an account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on mintx1. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any of your details change after registration, please update them through your account settings or contact support.

mintx1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide identity documents such as a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID, along with proof of your payment method, before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else under any circumstances.
• mintx1 will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security concern to support in advance.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits

All deposits on mintx1 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed within the deposit section of your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are shown at the point of deposit. These limits may differ depending on your account status and VIP tier. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times can occasionally vary depending on network conditions.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• mintx1 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference for assistance.
• mintx1 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud, money laundering or Terms violation is suspected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds are returned to their verified source.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is successfully completed. mintx1 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible, with VIP players at higher tiers benefiting from prioritised processing times.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• mintx1 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.
• In cases where a deposit method is no longer available, mintx1 will work with you to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal channel.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mintx1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, Bingo bonus credits and other promotional rewards. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of claiming.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on mintx1:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• Time limits: Bonuses may carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or free bets that are not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports Betting, Casino games and Bingo may each carry different contribution percentages, as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: In most cases, only one active bonus can be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may forfeit the previous offer.
• Abuse prevention: mintx1 monitors bonus activity. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
• Right to modify: mintx1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

mintx1's sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform's cash-out feature is available and active for that particular market.

• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, a match being abandoned before the minimum required play, or events outside the control of the platform (such as force majeure events).
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds for live markets change rapidly and the odds at the moment of confirmed placement are final.
• Manifestly incorrect odds: mintx1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits per bet or per day may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets.
• Match fixing and integrity: Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a bet or exploit information about match-fixing or corruption will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

For PSL and Cricket betting specifically, markets are settled in line with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a Cricket result, the decision of the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser is final.

8. Casino, Bingo and Slots

Casino games, Bingo rooms and Slots on mintx1 are provided by third-party game studios and are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence except where the game rules relate to specific gameplay mechanics.

• All Casino, Bingo and Slots games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, are operated by trained live dealers via video stream.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Slots and Casino games are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game information section where available.
• Bingo rooms on mintx1 operate at fixed ticket prices in PKR. Jackpot prizes and room-specific rules are displayed before each session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a Casino or Slots game that prevents the proper outcome from being recorded, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.
• Interrupted sessions where results have already been determined and stored server-side will be settled according to the recorded outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mintx1. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform systems.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you have been self-excluded or suspended from the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards mintx1 staff or other platform users.

10. Privacy and Data

mintx1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records and usage data. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with applicable legal obligations and improve the platform experience. mintx1 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum period in line with standard financial record-keeping practices.
• You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting support.

11. Responsible Gaming

mintx1 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all adult players. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming and betting can become problematic, and we provide tools and resources to help players stay in control of their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your account.
• Session reminders: Enable timed reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform if you feel you need a break from gaming activity.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

mintx1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Requests from regulatory, law enforcement or financial crime prevention bodies.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following the completion of any applicable checks.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting mintx1 support. If you wish to close your account due to gambling-related concerns, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion option as an additional protective measure.

13. Limitation of Liability

mintx1 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our control.

• mintx1 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of mintx1 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• mintx1 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure or from your use of a shared or compromised device.
• We are not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mintx1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by a visible notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of mintx1 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in effect. Historical versions are available on request from the support team.
